Welcome to YMCA Camp Cosby! This guide gives you everything you need to know to prepare your camper for an unforgettable summer.
CampInTouch (Your Parent Portal)
Access your account by clicking CampInTouch at the top of our website. Through your account, you can:
- Make Payments & View Balances
- Download, Complete, and Upload Camper Forms
- Update Camper Information
- Send One-Way Emails to your Camper (CampStamps)
- View and Order Photos

Deadlines
All balances must be Paid in FULL by April 13th. Those registering after April 13th will pay in full at the time of registration. Note: CampMinder (our registration system) does not auto-draft balances. Parents must complete all payments directly in CampInTouch.

Camper Forms
All required forms are in your CampInTouch account and must be uploaded online at least 2 WEEKS before your camper’s registered session. A $35 late fee applies after that date. Please do not mail, fax, or email paper copies for security purposes. Here are some of the required forms:
- Physical Exam
- Health History
- Camper Information
- Departure/Pick-Up Form
- Immunization Form
- Copy of Insurance Card
- Permission to Use Photographs
- Verification Grade
